Persons with severe disability
Red Cross Home for the Disabled provides residential, respite and day care services for 100 adults and youth with multiple disabilities, to ensure their physical, mental, emotional and social well-being.
Disadvantaged families (including children and youth)
Meals with Love provides monthly nutritious food to the skipped-generation, single-parent families and single-elderly
Young Hearts home/centre-based tuition, mentorship and holiday programmes for children and youth and reading programme for preschoolers to improve literacy
Isolated elderly with little to no support
- TransportAid makes 12,000 trips each year, bringing wheelchair-bound patients from low-income homes to and from their lifesaving healthcare eg. dialysis, diabetic treatment, physiotherapy and rehabilitation
ElderAid physical, mental and social activities for community ageing-
in-place, including fortnightly home visits, befriending calls and outings
Home Monitoring and Eldercare (HoME+) for home monitoring and emergency response for seniors living on their own
